Please go to the Utility Billing information tab, and read through all the information that you find there. There are forms and deposits to be brought down to our City Hall offices.   

The City of Norway also offers cable TV, internet, and a phone services besides the normal utilities. You can sign up for these services at the same time you sign-up for utility services, or at a later date. Go over to the CATV, internet, or phone sections to read more on these services.
