City Treasurer

The City of Norway's Treasurer performs a variety of supervisory, administrative, and technical accounting and finance functions in maintaining the fiscal records and systems of the City. Some of these tasks can be but are not limited to payroll,  monitoring revenues and expenditures, overseeing accounts payable, and supervising collection of taxes, fees, and other receipts. The City Treasurer is located in the City Hall and can be reached by phone or email.

2019-2020 through 2023-2024 Multi-year Budget

Deadline for payment of winter real and personal property taxes collected by the City of Norway are extended from February 15, 2021 to March 1, 2021 with no penalty.
Real property taxes are subsequently due to the County Treasurer as of March 3, 2021 with imposition of a 4% penalty.
City of Norway staff will continue to collect personal property taxes as of March 1, 2021 with penalties charged accordingly.
