Each year, at least one student in our community wins an annual scholarship awarded by Norway Public Utilities, with support from WPPI Energy.

The City of Norway provides City and Township residents with water, sewer, electric, telephone, television, and internet services. Garbage collection services are provided only within City limits.

City and Township residents receive one all-inclusive utility bill, reflecting charges for all City and Utility services provided. Charges are based largely on household usage.
